Reminders:


Immunization records are due December 1st
Money for Fall Rally due October 15th $30.00

Money for senior field trip  "Body Exhibit in Portland Maine, Due October 16th .  $30.00 trip will be the 29th of October .  This price includes ticket and bus.  If everyone goes, the price will go down and I will refund you money you can use for lunch!

Learning Targets
1. List the organs and divisons of the nervous systems and describe the generalized functions of the system as a whole
2. Identify the major types of cells in the nervous system and discuss the function of each
3. Draw and label a multi-polar neuron, and discuss how each of the neurons parts play a roll in carrying "the message" 
4. Compare and contrast the speed and transmission between a myelinated neuron versus and unmyelinated neuron.
