I hope that you had a wonderful first day of clinical. Just a few reminders for the week!!
Keep an ongoing journal/small notebook of your experiences at clinical.
Write down daily after you leave your clinical site, med terms, new technology or skills you encountered. It will make your Journal that you hand in at the end of every 2 weeks/presentation much easier.
Hopefully you were able to meet with your preceptors today and give them the packet. They need to sign the back page and bring back with you on Friday.
Remember to sign in and out, in my classroom.
Alexa and Ashely, please send me a text that you arrived/left at the facility. So that I can do attendance.
For those of you that do not sign out (including Alexa and Ashley) I need daily signatures with times of arrival on your time sheets.
HOSA State information:
PLEASE SIGN UP FOR PRACTICE DATES: Mrs Parent's Board where you signed up for Hosa Activites.
Problem Solving:
Meeting March 4 & March 10
62$ is due by January 26th. This is the food bill for 5 meals throughout the 2 days ( part of the total $200-210 we talked about from the start).
We are staying at the Sixth Street Hotel in Hanover NH (walking distance from the conference center)
$81.00 is the balance that will be due by March 6th, 2015
If anyone has a parent that would like to be a chaperon, we are in need of 1 for the conference, please let me know ASAP.
Chaperons will have their own room/food paid for, and will NOT need to pay.
