1.       Final needs to be made up tomorrow (Wednesday) after school or Thursday morning, no exceptions. It will go in as a zero if not made up then.
2.       Learning Objectives, Resume and Cover letter needs to be turned in tomorrow. Graded on completion. See guidelines attached if you didn’t receive them last week.
3.       See POWERPOINT on HIPAA attached AND QUESTIONS to fill out relating to HIPAA. This is for homework, will be collected tomorrow and graded. No late assignments accepted.
4.       IMMUNIZATION records need to be turned in ASAP, Outstanding Driving Paperwork completed. TB, Flu, Drug Screen (PMC AND NRH) and Background check needs to be done ASAP (NRH)
