Important Datest to Remember throughout the semester

Feb 5th Start date for clinical
Feb 16th Due date for Preceptor signature sheet and learning objective
March 19: Hand Evaluation to preceptor to fill out
March 23: Quarter Evaluation Due in box
April 20th: Scrapbook/Final with idea layouts on pages and pictures due
May 11th: Rough draft of Scrapbook/Final due
May 14: Hand Evaluation to preceptor to fill out
May 25th: Scrapbook/Final Due
May 25th:Quarter Evaluation Due in box
Last day of Clinical May 31st

Please make sure you have read the guidelines I will give to you by Friday and ask any questions you may have. 

• Feb 9th: no journal due but I want a typed bullet formated sheet of information you learned, people you met, different disciples, issues, and anything you learned you want to share. Very informal 

• 1st set of Journals due Feb 16th for everyone, then we will alternate. No
