Key points to remember for the Scrapbooks:
MAC N CHEESE on FRIDAY

• Make sure title page is first, table of contents is second page
• 5 skills performed should be list. Don't just list them, justify how you learned them, these can include infection control, handwashing, communication, organization, assessment
• 5 skills observed, again details, don't just list them
• Make sure you look at what the professional skills are. They are not the same as performed and observed skills. These are also known as soft skills.
• For detailed summary of information, you can list /summarize, but then you need to summarize your 2 patients that you learned the most from
• Goals: I want you to put 5 goals you met and explain how you know you met them. The goals you did not meet, please write why you did not meet them, what were your obstacles.
